The purpose of this role is to work with visibility partners and category teams to create sustainable and reusable assets for in-store visibility and ensure that all visibility operations are on track.

1. Track and address field requests for any in-store work pertaining to visibility.
2. Maintain a record of asset deployments, lift back, and re-utilization of assets.
3. Follow the modern trade playbook to ensure uniformity in executions.
4. Manage the end-to-end process of payments to visibility partners.
5. Oversee advertising and promotional budgets for all categories and in-store activities.
6. Propose and implement cost-effective and scalable branding/merchandising options to enhance trade visibility.
7. Track ongoing projects and update all stakeholders regularly.
8. Ensure audit compliance from PO raising to payment processing to vendors.
9. Develop innovative and clutter-breaking visibility solutions with partners.
10. Regularly monitor competitor activities and create a dynamic reporting system.
11. Prepare customized solutions aligned with channels where required.
12. Ensure all structural productions and deployments by visibility partners adhere to safety standards.

Education: BBA / MBA

Experience: 2 - 3 Years
