General Summary:

We are seeking a talented Staff Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of applications and Test Frameworks, automating evaluation of 'Agentic AI and multimodal use cases' using Qualcomm AI Stack SDKs and tools on Snapdragon platforms. You will drive architecture, feature development, and enhancements needed in the SDK for various platforms, working closely with the AI software team and other internal sub-teams supporting the Orchestrator SDK. This role requires independence and leadership, allowing you to work autonomously and guide other team members, with your decisions impacting broader work areas.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
  • OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • OR PhD with 2+ years of experience.

Additionally, 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Responsibilities include assisting with the software design and development of the Qualcomm AI Stack, SDKs, and tools targeting Snapdragon platforms, demonstrating your passion for software design and debugging skills.

DevOps Staff Engineer Role:

Seeking an experienced engineer proficient in Python, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Groovy, Docker, GitHub), to enhance our CI/CD processes and automation. Responsibilities include integrating and automating build and testing pipelines, managing version control and deployment tools, mentoring junior engineers, and troubleshooting CI/CD issues.

Required skills include Python scripting, experience with GitHub or Gerrit, Jenkins CI/CD, Docker, and converting pipelines to scripts. A bachelor's in a technical field and 10-15 years of relevant IT experience are required.
