Job Description
  1. Perform accounting month-end closing procedures
  2. Prepare and post reclassification, prepaid, accruals, and other general ledger entries in Oracle NetSuite to ensure financial statement accuracy
  3. Balance sheet account reconciliations and income statement analytic procedures
  4. Tracking and review of CAM and Tax reconciliations
  5. Reconcile monthly inter-company accounts with subsidiaries and perform necessary follow-up to clear reconciling items
  6. Prepare journal entries and maintain proper work-paper supporting documentation
  7. Collaborate with team members to drive the completion of the monthly accounting close timely and efficiently
  8. Accounts receivable cash postings and reconciliations
  9. Lease accounting and ASC 842 lease accounting adoption
  10. Fixed asset accounting
  11. Establish, document, implement, maintain, and adhere to accounting policies and procedures
  12. Other projects and Ad Hoc reporting duties, as assigned
Requirements

Work Experience:

  • 4+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  • 1-2 years of General Ledger accounting experience, with inter-company transactions

Skills:

  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer accounting software

Education:

  • CA Finalist or ACCA Qualified is a mandatory requirement
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting and finance is preferred

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Work hours: 6 pm – 3 am PKT (Night shift)

Gross salary (USD): $500 - $600
