Creative Designer

- Collaborate with and support employer marketing efforts across all wings in ideation of concepts for strategic and tactical campaigns to enhance Educative's employer brand.
- Translate creative briefs into visual and verbal outputs for multiple media platforms, including on-ground events, social media, and digital marketing channels.
- Assist in developing taglines and messaging for communication through creative materials.
- Design visual identities adaptable for animations and video content.
- Create storyboards for animations and video content.
- Adapt existing marketing materials for different formats and platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure output meets design requirements and project specifications.
- Professional qualification or education in fine arts, graphic design, or communication design.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in creative design work for a brand, either in an agency or in-house.
- Proficiency with professional tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with animation projects and videography.
- Willingness to learn and work with AI tools, reducing dependency on traditional design methods.
