Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the execution of HR transformation projects, including digitalization, organizational design and process optimization
- Assist the implementation and optimization of SAP Success Factor (SF) and other HR technical solutions
- Work with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration and functionality
- Support in design and implement Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) frameworks to enhance employee performance and accountability
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Services, and Compensation teams to optimize HR service delivery
- Regularly review and update policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations, best practices and organizational needs
- Support in design and develop metrics and interactive dashboards to visualize people analytics data, providing actionable insights into HR functions
- Manage end-to-end HR projects, from initiation and planning to execution and evaluation
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures for new business ventures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations

Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development or relevant field.
Experience
- Preferably 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in HR system implementation, project management or in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing HR technology solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Age
- The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
