Role Overview:

As a Senior Architect, you will be at the forefront of shaping the architectural vision of our real estate developments. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and quality standards. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, urban planners, and contractors to bring innovative and functional designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead architectural design and planning of construction of high-end residential house, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including high-rise and large-scale town planning projects.


• Develop master plans, site layouts, and detailed construction drawings in coordination with internal and external teams.


• Oversee the architectural integrity and quality of all design outputs, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and real estate market needs.


• Collaborate with developers, project managers, engineers, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.


• Conduct feasibility studies, site visits, and design reviews to ensure practical and economically viable outcomes.


• Supervise junior architects, draftsmen, and design consultants to maintain efficiency and quality.


• Contribute to the company's design strategy by integrating global design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.


• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in master-planned communities.


• Strong understanding of real estate development processes and how design impacts value, utility, and market appeal.


• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite


• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows for concept generation, spatial planning, or visualization is highly desirable.


• Deep knowledge of local building codes, regulatory processes, and construction practices in Pakistan.


• Strong design portfolio demonstrating a blend of creativity, functionality, and urban sensibility.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
