Senior .NET Developer with Extensive SQL Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with extensive experience in SQL development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications, along with a deep understanding of SQL databases, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET (C#/ASP.NET/.NET Core).
  2. Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and indexing strategies.
  3. Work with relational databases such as SQL Server, ensuring optimal performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  5. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application/database-related issues.
  6. Follow best coding practices and participate in code reviews.
  7. Integrate third-party APIs and web services as needed.
  8. Work on database normalization, data migration, and query optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#/ASP.NET/.NET Core).
  2. Strong expertise in SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  3. Experience in performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
  4. Understanding of Entity Framework (EF Core) and database-first/model-first approaches.
  5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and Microservices.
  6. Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus, not mandatory.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of SQL server.
  2. Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
