About The Role

As a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the client/end business and the technology teams. You will implement large Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects and will be client-focused, team-oriented, with exceptional communication skills.

Essential Functions
  1. Plan, configure, and implement D365 Commerce for our clients.
  2. Employ your knowledge of business processes and D365 Commerce to develop solutions.
  3. Create Business process work-through, functional requirements documents, and functional design documents for in-scope functionality.
  4. Be the interface between our clients and our development & quality engineering teams – providing clarification to queries that arise.
  5. Perform user acceptance testing of the functional requirements of the system and business processes.
  6. Participate in the setup and execution of project workflows.
  7. Manage and build client relationships as your foremost responsibility.
  8. Plan, prioritize, and create a project plan.
  9. Be a team player with strong communication skills and proactively contribute to team discussions.
Required Qualifications
  1. 5-7 years of experience as Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX in Retail module; with at least 3 years of expertise in Dynamics 365 Commerce.
  2. Must have performed at least two full lifecycle implementations of D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementations.
  3. Hands-on experience in the Retail/Commerce and e-Commerce industry with a sound understanding of the value flow within ERP systems.
  4. Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
  5. Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
  6. Ability to identify risks, issues, find solutions, and plan/mitigate/resolve them.
  7. Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrades.
  8. Experience of setting up new stores and store migrations.
  9. Experience of code/fix push to MPOS and CPOS.
  10. Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, and hardware station.
  11. Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and Retail industry knowledge.
  12. Ability to build the necessary test artifacts to test the functionality of the modules deployed.
  13. Good presentation and communication skills.
  14. Create end-user documentation.
  15. Plan and implement user onboarding and support post onboarding hyper care.
  16. Work with a global team and guide them with issue resolution.
Additional Information
  1. Knowledge of Azure.
  2. Knowledge of integration with other ERP/business systems.
  3. Knowledge of Project Management.
  4. Knowledge of SQL to write a basic query.
  5. Dynamics 365 Retail/Commerce certifications.
