Ensure end-to-end integration and execution of RGM & commercial plans with perfect coordination & collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company and Bottling partners. This role is critical in developing, planning, and executing commercial strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets for the Coca-Cola System. It also supports franchise operations by providing RGM & Integrated Execution consultation and influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of the system commercial (RGM+Execution) agenda & governance to drive transaction growth.
  • Design and implement integrated RGM approaches to support revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Identify & implement growth initiatives through pricing, promotions, and other strategies.
  • Align RGM & marketing priorities with execution plans, influencing key stakeholders.
  • Monitor RGM drivers and report performance with root cause analysis and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure flawless execution of activation plans aligned with WTMM and LRP.
  • Enhance in-market execution capabilities for consumer-preferred propositions.
  • Build relationships with bottlers through integrated activation and investments.
  • Define and oversee commercial productivity plans and measure performance.
  • Manage effectiveness and efficiency of commercial investments and expenses.
  • Support franchise channel leads on complex relationship issues.
  • Provide commercial expertise for organizational and operational decisions.

  • RGM, Pricing, Pack-Price Architecture, Promotions, Mix Management, Governance, Execution, PICOS, RED, CDE, Digital RTM plans
Output KPIs
  • Growth metrics: NSR, Transaction, Volume; revenue growth; market share indicators; distribution metrics; active store count; digital revenue share
Experience & Skills
  • Approximately 10 years in RGM or execution leadership roles within FMCG/Retail, preferably Coca-Cola System.
  • Self-starter with a high-performance team culture.
  • Proven influence and implementation skills.
  • Strong communication, networking, and matrix management skills.
  • Understanding of Coca-Cola and/or bottling partners' RTM and sales operations.
