• MINIMUM 3-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA, INFLUENCER AND ORGANIC GROWTH HANDLING
• EXPERIENCE IN COSMETICS, SKIN CARE, LINGERIE, UNDERGARMENTS WILL BE PREFERRED

• CANDIDATES LIVING IN OR NEAR BY DHA LAHORE WILL BE PREFERRED, OUR OFFICE IS IN DHA PHASE 4.
• IT'S ONSITE JOB IN DHA LAHORE. NO WORK FROM HOME.
• SALARY RANGE : RS 50,000 TO RS 60,000
• OFFICE TIMING : MONDAY TO SATURDAY : 10 AM TO 7PM

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who will be responsible for producing and publishing various types of digital content. This position require to collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the Brand's goals. Will also be responsible for creating engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media posts, websites, reviews, PR's and videos. and any other formats If you have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital media, we encourage you to apply

EDUCATION

- A Levels or Media Science Bachelors.

- Candidates with Intermediate certificate , BA, BSC, BCOM degrees kindly do not apply.

- Preference will be given to LGS, Beacon House, City School , LUMS, LEC, FCC, GCU, UET universities candidates

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)

Meta's ecosystem demands a person who understands both community building and organic conversion

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies for Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook posts, and Threads
• Collaborate with product and comms teams to launch new features via social
• Spot and amplify trends across diverse topics and creators
• Manage paid campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, optimizing for reach and conversions
• Analyze audience behavior and engagement across Meta surfaces

Google (YouTube, Google Business, Search-integrated social)

Google's social media roles often blend brand storytelling with data-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage YouTube content calendars, Shorts strategy, and community engagement
• Align social messaging with SEO and Google Ads campaigns
• Collaborate with product teams to promote launches and updates
• Monitor sentiment and feedback across Google's social surfaces

TikTok

TikTok demands agility, trend fluency, and short-form video mastery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, shoot, and edit TikTok videos that align with brand voice
• Monitor viral trends and adapt content quickly
• Collaborate with creators and influencers for branded challenges
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management (3–5 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices
• Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media KPIs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Knowledge of e-commerce or B2B social media strategies
• Prior work in a digital agency or fast-paced startup environment
