We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and manage various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope, set clear milestones, and establish realistic timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring the right team members and tools are available to meet project needs.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Identify roadblocks and find solutions to overcome challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Maintain open and clear communication between project teams and leadership, providing regular updates on project progress, status, and deliverables.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 years in project management, preferably in software development or technology-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
