An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic Business Development (BD) professional with a passion for driving business growth through LinkedIn lead generation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in generating and converting high-quality leads, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

As a BD Executive, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from identifying prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo, to executing drip email campaigns, nurturing leads, and closing business opportunities. You will also be expected to keep the CRM system up-to-date, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record in LinkedIn-based lead generation. Working hours will align with the EST time zone (4 PM to 1 AM), and the position is onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo

Manage and optimize drip email campaigns for client outreach

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities

Maintain lead and sales data using CRM tools

Conduct market and competitor research

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects

Strategize and align business initiatives with company goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation

Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo

Strong experience in managing and executing email campaigns

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Thorough understanding of the sales process

Familiarity with CRM platforms for lead tracking

Target-driven with a strategic and growth-focused approach
