Horizon Tech is looking for an Innovative Graphic Designer to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who can blend artistic skill with strategic thinking to create compelling visual content that resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will support Coastal Business Supplies and its affiliated brands by delivering innovative designs that drive customer engagement, boost brand awareness, and support integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop eye-catching print and digital assets, including promotional flyers, web banners, social media posts, email templates, packaging designs, and trade show materials.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business objectives into effective visual communication.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels while continuously evolving and enhancing the visual identity.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, to execute design work.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by integrating design thinking into campaign planning and execution.
  • Provide creative support on cross-brand and cross-functional initiatives within the broader organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or branding environment.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects across print and digital media.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); video editing and animation experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and giving/receiving feedback constructively.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing principles, campaign planning, and customer-centric design approaches.
