Regional Sales Manager

The selected candidate will report to senior management and will have the following responsibilities:

• Market research and strategy making.
• Introduce and establish Metallogen brand in specific market.
• Generate opportunities & convert them to sales.
• Manage marketing & branding activities.
• Customer relationship management.
• Develop and manage team to increase market share and penetration.

The successful candidate will exhibit the following attributes:

• Drive to excel and learn new technologies.
• Pleasant personality and convincing communication skills.
• Ability to manage valuable sales resources to build a winning team.
• At least 7 years' experience in industrial sales & marketing.
• MBA marketing from a well-reputed Institute. Professionals with a double degree e.g. B.Sc and MBA in marketing are more suitable for this role but all applicants with MBA marketing are most welcome to apply.
• Experience managing sales teams.
• Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
