We are seeking a talented Django Web App Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications for our fintech platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Django, Python, and React, and a focus on building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives in the financial advisory sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Web App Development:Build scalable and secure web applications using Django and React, ensuring clean, reusable code and seamless integrations.
  • Team Collaboration:Work in Agile teams, participate in code reviews, and act on stakeholder feedback.
  • Testing & Maintenance:Perform thorough testing, debugging, and updates to ensure the stability and performance of the web app.
  • UI/UX:Ensure smooth, responsive, and user-friendly experiences across all devices and platforms.
  • Innovation:Stay updated with industry trends and recommend tools to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Security & Compliance:Implement strong security practices and ensure data protection according to regulations.
  • Documentation:Maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Business Alignment:Ensure the application supports business goals and meets performance KPIs.

Core Competencies:

  • Technical Skills:Proficient in Django, Python, and React. Familiar with RESTful APIs, database management, and web app deployment.
  • UI/UX Design:Experience with modern web design principles and creating intuitive user interfaces.
  • Security & Compliance:Knowledge of secure coding practices and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Communication:Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Languages:Advanced English,Urdu.

Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
