Educational Background:

· Masters in Information Security/Technology and Computer Sciences or equivalent from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.

· PhD from HEC recognized university shall be preferred.

· Relevant Certifications in IS Audits, especially CISA, CISM, etc., shall be preferred.

Professional Experience:

· Minimum 10 years in senior positions in Information Security operations and management roles.

· Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (national/international), technological advancements in industry, and international best practices.

· Profound knowledge to steer organizational strategy and align it with NADRA's vision for Information Security (IS)/Cyber Security (CS).

· Expertise in need analysis, gap identification, and implementing corrective measures.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to represent NADRA at local and international forums on IS/CS matters.

· Good leadership qualities and the ability to handle a team of IS professionals.

· Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed, timely decisions in critical scenarios.

Skills and Competencies:

· Planning and implementation of Data Security frameworks and technologies.

· In-depth knowledge of information management, governance, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.

· Development and management of Security Operation Centres, understanding of required technologies, and their integration with organizational IT infrastructure.

· Experience in developing IT Forensic Investigations Frameworks and Incident Response Mechanisms in large organizations.

· Operation and management of Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms, linking to organizational IS paradigms and assessing potential impacts.

· Mentoring in software/applications vulnerability assessments and network penetration testing efforts.

· Planning and conducting IS training and awareness activities across the organization.

· Collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies (national/international) for effective policy development and implementation.

· Promoting Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to foster a culture of ongoing enhancement, staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technological risks for evidence-based policy updates.

Terms and Conditions

1. The selected professional will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.

2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without reason.

3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

4. Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.

5. The age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit above.

6. No TA/DA will be admissible.

7. The candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

8. Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the time of interview.
