Our mission is to guide and counsel students for admission to highly reputed foreign institutions, helping them succeed and lead in their careers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding study options, career pathways, and admission processes. Daily tasks include assessing student profiles, advising on course selection, facilitating communication with educational institutions, and assisting with visa application processes. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and ensuring excellent customer service to all clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience (Fresh is also acceptable)
  • Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Background in Education and familiarity with educational counseling
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Experience working with international education systems is a plus
  • Can handle 40-50 calls a day
  • Target based position with sales commission
