Senior Tech Lead – Blockchain & Web3

Location: On-site in Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Tech Lead to lead the technology roadmap for a leading financial platform in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Blockchain and Web3 product creation, a strong grasp of regulatory compliance, and a passion for building secure, scalable solutions in fintech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and lead the development of scalable Blockchain/Web3 solutions.
  • Ensure the platform meets regional and international compliance and security standards (e.g., KYC/KYB, AML, data privacy).
  • Define and execute the technical strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Build and manage high-performing engineering teams across full-stack and smart contract layers.
  • Drive product delivery in collaboration with product, business, and design teams.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in Web3, DeFi, regulatory tech, and financial innovation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in software development; 3+ years in Blockchain/Web3 technical leadership roles.
  • Experience with smart contracts, Solidity, Ethereum, and DApp architecture.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks in financial or blockchain environments.
  • Solid grasp of cryptographic protocols, tokenomics, and decentralized systems.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills in high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in fintech, DeFi, or regulated financial platforms.
  • Knowledge of NFTs, DAOs, Layer 1/Layer 2 scaling, and cross-chain protocols.
  • Prior experience with startup or scale-up technology teams.
