AI in Education Management - Teacher - Team Lead - Curriculum Development

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled PHP & Mobile Developer to join our growing team. You will own feature enhancements, bug fixes, and the integration of cutting-edge AI models across our web and mobile ecosystem. If you're passionate about building Urdu-language digital experiences and leveraging AI in production apps, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications, ensuring performance, security, and scalability

·Build, enhance, and debug cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (Dart) for both Android and iOS

·Implement Urdu-language support throughout web and mobile interfaces (RTL layouts, fonts, localization)

·Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, recommendation engines, computer vision) into front-end and back-end systems

·Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features

·Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deploy timely fixes

·Participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and adhere to best practices

Required Qualifications

·4–5 years of professional experience in PHP development

·Proven track record building and shipping cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

·Strong command of Urdu language support in digital products (RTL layouts, fonts, localization)

·Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into web or mobile applications

·Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)

·Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies

·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Urdu fluency is a plus

Nice-to-Have

·Experience with AI frameworks or APIs (TensorFlow.js, PyTorch Mobile, OpenAI, Hugging Face)

·Familiarity with DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)

·Background in UX optimization for RTL languages

·Prior work in e-learning or content-delivery platforms
