We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. The candidate should have at least 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, route planning, and coordinating with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch trucks for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide updates, routes, and instructions.
  • Monitor vehicle locations and driver activity using tracking systems.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transport.
  • Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of dispatch activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and the operations team to manage delivery expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in truck dispatching or fleet coordination.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and GPS tracking tools is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of routes and geography within Pakistan.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Must be based in or able to commute to DHA Phase 1, Lahore.
