Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer (React.js / Next.js)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, responsive front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Build clean and consistent UI components using Tailwind CSS.
  • Take full ownership of features from planning to deployment.
  • Lead and mentor a front-end team; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and front-end strategy planning.
  • Maintain high code quality with proper testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of front-end development experience.
  • Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive UI design.
  • Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, and CSR rendering strategies.
  • Experience working on live, product-based applications.
  • Skilled in Git, modern development workflows, and tools.
  • Leadership capabilities—task management, code reviews, and team mentorship.
  • Advanced state management knowledge.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Node.js or other frameworks (Vue.js, Angular).
  • Knowledge of backend principles and serverless architecture.
  • Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Experience with design systems (e.g., Storybook, Radix).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
