We are looking for a meticulous and organized Store Keeper with a DAE in Electrical to manage our Data Center inventory.

Ideal for freshers to candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Key responsibilities include receiving, storing, and issuing materials and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, inspecting deliveries and reporting discrepancies, conducting regular inventory audits, coordinating with procurement for stock replenishment, and keeping the storage area clean and organized.

Daily tasks involve updating inventory records, while weekly tasks include conducting inventory audits and monthly tasks involve submitting inventory reports to management.

Basic knowledge of inventory control principles, logistics processes, and supply chain management.

Experience in vendor management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of applicable tools and equipment.

Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.

The Candidate must be honest, obedient, and hardworking.

Required experience:

1 - 3 Years of experience in inventory management and logistics operations, preferably in the IT industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials and equipment accurately and promptly.

• Maintain detailed records of inventory and stock levels using inventory management software (Odoo 14).

• Inspect deliveries for damage, quantity discrepancies, and quality issues; report and resolve any issues with suppliers & project site teams.

• Ensure all items are labeled correctly and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval.

• Assist in performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

• Manage stock rotation to minimize obsolete or expired inventory.

• Coordinate with the procurement team to place orders for replenishing stock when levels are low.

• Keep the storage area clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.

• Assist in preparing detailed reports on stock levels, expenditures, and adjustments for management review.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.

• Monitor and maintain inventory of tools and equipment used by the technical staff.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure they have the necessary materials and equipment for their projects.

• Implement and maintain effective storage solutions to maximize space utilization and efficiency.

• Follow established procedures for stock handling, storage, and distribution.

• Conduct periodic reviews of inventory management processes and suggest improvements.

• Handle urgent requests and prioritize tasks to meet operational needs.

• Train and guide junior staff or new hires on inventory management procedures and best practices.

Reporting ResponsibilitiesDaily Reporting:

Fill own Timesheets, coordinate with vendors; check and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and track daily stock movements.

Weekly Reporting:

Review vendor performance, conduct thorough inventory audits, and report any discrepancies to management; schedule transportation routes.

Monthly Reporting:

Analyze logistics costs, prepare and submit comprehensive inventory reports, including stock levels, expenditures, and adjustments, to management.
