About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer with hands-on experience in Shopify Flow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify platform development and a proven ability to leverage Shopify Flow for workflow automation. You will play a key role in creating, optimizing, and automating e-commerce processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Development:
  • Build, customize, and maintain Shopify stores, themes, and apps.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to Shopify platform, APIs, and integrations.
  • Shopify Flow Expertise:
  • Develop and manage automated workflows using Shopify Flow.
  • Optimize e-commerce processes such as inventory management, order notifications, and customer segmentation.
  • Create custom triggers, conditions, and actions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Integration and Customization:
  • Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Shopify.
  • Develop custom apps or solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless connection with payment gateways, shipping providers, and analytics tools.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and optimize store performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for SEO, UI/UX, and accessibility.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to align development with business goals.
  • Provide technical support and training for internal teams as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of Shopify Flow and its capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Shopify APIs (Storefront, Admin, GraphQL).
  • Automation Experience:
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing workflows using Shopify Flow.
  • Understanding of business processes for e-commerce automation.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and tracking tools.
  • Experience with app development and Shopify Plus is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Shopify certifications (e.g., Shopify Partner Academy).
  • Experience with other automation tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Background in e-commerce platforms beyond Shopify is advantageous.
