Job Description

Job Summary: The Reports and Analytics Specialist will support the Care Coordination department by generating, analyzing, and maintaining comprehensive reports, including patient engagement, patient attrition, enrollment, and productivity reports. The successful candidate must possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, have familiarity with analytics components of care management software and dashboards, and be adept at converting complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate, analyze, and maintain accurate and timely patient engagement, patient attrition, enrollment, and productivity reports.
  2. Collaborate with department teams to identify reporting needs and provide analytical support to facilitate decision-making processes.
  3. Leverage care management software and dashboards to track, report, and optimize departmental activities.
  4. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to compile, interpret, and present data effectively.
  5. Conduct data audits regularly to ensure accuracy and integrity of all reports.
  6. Present reports and analytics findings clearly to management and stakeholders.
  7. Assist in identifying trends, potential areas of improvement, and strategic opportunities through comprehensive data analysis.
Requirements

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related analytics-focused role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from a reputable and recognized institute in Pakistan.

Candidates from chartered accountancy (ACCA, CA) track who have completed training in a recognized accounting & audit firm will be preferred.

Skills:

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and macros.

Familiarity with analytics modules of care management software and interactive dashboards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Experience working within healthcare, particularly care coordination or patient management.

Knowledge of additional analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Work hours: 6 pm – 3 am PKT (Night shift)
