SQA Engineer

Currently, we're looking for an SQA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through systematic testing and validation processes. This role involves developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve software performance.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and/or automated)
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Review specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
• Monitor and report on quality metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to testing and quality assurance

• Proven experience as an SQA Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus
• Proficiency in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
