We're looking for a Cold Email Marketing Specialist with 5 years of experience to join our team and help us reach new prospects effectively. If you have a knack for crafting compelling emails and strategizing targeted outreach campaigns, we'd love to meet you

The Cold Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing cold email campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate has experience in direct outreach, copywriting, A/B testing, analytics, and is comfortable using email marketing tools and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of running successful cold email campaigns and generating qualified leads
  • Proficiency in cold email platforms such as Mailshake, Lemlist, Growbots, or similar
  • Experience using CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of email KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, reply rates) with the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other compliance standards
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive, engaging, and succinct email content
  • Experience with A/B testing for email copy, subject lines, and other elements to improve campaign performance
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate list segmentation and personalized outreach
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and sales funnels (preferred)
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
