Responsibilities:

• Handle complete visit visa filing processes for UK, USA, Australia, and Schengen countries.
• Review and prepare accurate visa documentation for clients.
• Guide clients throughout the application process and ensure timely submission.
• Stay updated with the latest embassy/consulate requirements.
• Manage multiple client cases with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain records and ensure proper follow-ups.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international visit visa filing.
• Proven expertise in document handling, application submission, and client communication.
• Strong familiarity with embassy procedures and changing visa regulations.

Skills Required:

• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Updated knowledge of global visa processes
