What You'll Do:

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
2. Utilize Redis Cache to enhance performance and reduce latency in high-demand systems.
3. Manage and optimize relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, ensuring efficient and reliable data flow.
4. AI & LLM Innovations:
5. Develop AI-driven solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and Pinecone, creating dynamic and intelligent applications.
6. Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) using both open-source and closed-source models on platforms like OpenAI, Claude, and Groq.
7. Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based AI applications, supporting multimodality.
8. Design, implement, and manage multi-agent workflows using tools like LangGraph, OpenAI Swarm, and CrewAI, seamlessly integrating diverse language models for collaborative tasks.
9. Deploy and manage Large and Small Language models on hosted Linux virtual machines, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
10. Build high-performance and low-latency TTS (Text-to-Speech), Language Model, and STT (Speech-to-Text) pipelines for real-time voice interactions.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Hands-on experience with Redis Cache, database design, and optimization for PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Expertise in AI/ML tools and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pinecone, and vector databases.
• Proven ability to fine-tune and deploy LLMs across platforms, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, OpenAI Swarm, and CrewAI, combining different language models to execute complex tasks efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of RAG workflows and multimodal AI systems.

Voice and Conversational AI:

• Strong understanding of TTS and STT technologies, with experience building responsive and efficient voice applications.
• Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks and their integration into backend systems.

Soft Skills:

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
