Job Description:

  1. Manage the technicalities of the solar PV systems and their maintenance.
  2. Manage the Aftersales team along with handling advanced technical issues.
  3. Manage the respective region.
  4. Add value to our Aftersales team and contribute to its development.
  5. Hands-on experience with inverter systems (installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance).
  6. Knowledge of solar power generation systems and their components.
  7. Coordinate with the sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth product installation and after-sales service.
  8. Work closely with the technical team to identify product issues, troubleshoot technical concerns, and ensure rapid resolution.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office as well as have excellent leadership and communication skills.

General Responsibilities:

  1. Managing maintenance visits for technical team.
  2. Generating reports that analyze technical data for B2B and B2C customers.

General Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  2. 5 years of experience.
