What You'll Be Doing

As our Social Content Creator, you'll be the voice of our brand across platforms, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn. You will:

  • Craft compelling short-form and long-form content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Build thought leadership and executive presence via personal and corporate LinkedIn posts.
  • Identify trends, analyze platform algorithms, and fine-tune content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Repurpose stories across Instagram, Twitter/X, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok (optional, based on relevance).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and leadership to align messaging across channels.
  • Conduct interviews, distill insights, and transform complex ideas into engaging narratives—your journalism roots will shine here.

What We're Looking For

  • A background in journalism, communications, or digital media with a strong portfolio of social content.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn growth strategies, thought leadership content, and organic audience building.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to fast-moving news cycles and industry trends.
  • Understanding of brand voice, visual storytelling, and community engagement tactics.
  • Bonus: Experience with video content, basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express), or social media analytics.
