  • Work closely with Implementation Managers, Solution Architects and/or Project Managers to ensure appropriate configuration and deployment of product / application.
  • Review client specifications provided, make recommendations as appropriate.
  • Engage with clients as requested, either in facilitation of discussions or in support of the project delivery.
  • Work closely with the development team on prioritization and clarity of customization requests.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Business intelligence troubleshooting and drafting customization reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshooting a problem during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Management and Reporting of UAT defect log.
  • QA Testing and troubleshooting final system setups.
  • Investigate and writeup technical issues.
  • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Validate the scope of work with the assigned project manager to handoff completed project.
  • Support Clients & Project Managers on Post-Production, special projects related to customization, development, enhancements, reporting, etc.
  • Support transition process from implementation to Go-Live.
  • Manage and leading project related activities and ensuring meeting deadlines. Ensure implementation team completes and verifies that the deliverables meet the customer requirements.
  • Document requirements for and ensure testing and validation of reports and dashboards based on customer requirements and business needs.
  • Document requirements for development team for customer needs unresolved by the platform
  • Provide assistance to Support for resolving customer tickets
  • Provide assistance in creating Proof of Concept Instances (PoCs) for Pre-Sales / Sales activities
  • Provide assistance in creating new Product initiatives for Pre-Sales / Sales activities
  • Provide cross-functional support to Customer Success team members
  • Remain updated on Product, Technical and Soft Skill training for high performance
  • All other related duties assigned by the manager.
Required Experience:
  • Must have at least 1+ years of experience working with international customers.
  • Complete understanding of implementation roadmap and SaaS based product implementation.
  • Hands on experience in building UAT test cases and perform functional QA.
  • Able to draft/ understand/ technical documents like Functional Requirements Specification and Statement of Work.
  • Working on the Development / QA side is a plus.
