INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Back End Developer to join our dynamic Industrial Intelligence team. This role is key in delivering solutions across industries such as Energy & Utilities, FMCG, and Paper & Pulp. INTECH's commitment to innovation ensures your contribution to transformative projects that enhance safety, visibility, and productivity.

Our Industrial Intelligence Solutions provide real-time insights, data analytics, and machine learning technologies to address critical challenges with scalable results.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable backend systems using NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
  • Lead end-to-end development of modular products with customizable resource types and risk assessment functionalities.
  • Develop features for defining, customizing, and managing security standards and SOAs for compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with product managers, front-end engineers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Enforce clean architecture, code review standards, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Contribute to infrastructure automation and container orchestration for seamless deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of backend development experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with Next.js and full-stack collaboration.
  • Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, SOA management) and vulnerability frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience designing APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
