Job Description:

Join Our Team as an Upwork Bidder We are looking for an Upwork Bidder to join our team and make an impact through effective bidding and proposal submission on Upwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects
  • Write compelling, customized proposals
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
  • Negotiate terms and close deals
  • Maintain a high response rate and client satisfaction
  • Track bidding activities and outcomes

Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong Negotiation Skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proactive in embracing new challenges.
  • Creating targeted leads up to $3 - $10k
  • Must have high energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated.
  • Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently.

Other Details:
Location: Karachi (on-site)
Days & Timings: Mon-Saturday (4:00pm to 1:00am)
Experience: 1-2 years
