Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and launch products on Amazon and other platforms.
  • Set up new accounts and ensure account verification.
  • Manage the brand registration process and resolve any related issues.
  • Create and optimize listings on Amazon.
  • Create and refresh content for top-performing SKUs.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for market insights.
  • Manage inventory and plan shipments.
  • Handle case management and support issues, resolving complaints effectively.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for increased performance.
  • Plan promotional campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
  • Handle account reinstatement and compliance issues.
  • Provide timely reports and actionable insights for account performance.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and ensure team alignment with objectives.
  • Utilize tools for optimization and reduce manual errors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (minimum 2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of PPC campaigns, product listing optimization, and keyword research.
  • Experience with account reinstatement and compliance management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
