Role: Lead Urdu Educator – Grades 1 to 3

You'll design, deliver, and lead Urdu instruction that makes children fall in love with the language — from first letters to full literature.

Craft immersive Urdu lessons rooted in storytelling, poetry, and expression

Build strong language foundations in reading, writing & communication

Personalize learning paths for every student's growth journey

Celebrate Urdu through events, cultural weeks & student showcases

Track and uplift student progress with empathy and clarity

Use smart tech to enrich classic language instruction

Be a trusted collaborator to colleagues and school leadership

Bachelor's in Urdu, Education, or a related discipline (Master's is a bonus)

2+ years of experience in early/primary Urdu instruction

Flawless command of written & spoken Urdu

Creativity + command: You can teach nazm and nakhra equally well

Tech-friendly: Smartboards, LMS, blended tools
