Position: Grader Operator
Location: Reko Diq SITE - Balochistan

• Proven experience of 5 - 10 years as a grader operator or similar role.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness (Dover test).
• Strong knowledge of operating graders and other heavy equipment.
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions, blueprints, and grade stakes.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as operating controls and sitting for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety at all times.

• Operate a grader to manipulate controls and adjust blade angles to achieve the desired grading of surfaces.
• Follow project blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the appropriate grading requirements.
• Evaluate surfaces to identify high spots, low spots, and other irregularities that need to be corrected.
• Use the grader to cut, fill, and level surfaces to the specified grade and slope, ensuring proper drainage and alignment.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate grading according to project requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on the grader, such as checking fluid levels, greasing moving parts, and replacing worn or damaged components.
• Inspect the grader before each use to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grader and surrounding work area.
