Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and overseeing the compliance of SSGC's license conditions, performance and service standards, OGRA Ordinance and other applicable laws.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing MIS data reports for senior management on consumer complaints.
  • Coordinating and responding to Audit Para(s) for OGRA policies, procedures, rules, laws, etc., and supervising regulatory and statutory obligations.
  • Ensuring implementation of measures for improving the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management.
  • Achieving high professional and technical standards ensuring up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, standards, and techniques.
  • Monitoring risks and response strategies under their management.
  • Undertaking any other assignments as instructed by senior management.
