We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the online education industry. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, streamline backend processes, support academic and student services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee and optimize daily operations.

·Coordinate student enrollment, course delivery, LMS administration, and reporting.

·Collaborate with sales, support, marketing, and academic teams to ensure seamless execution.

·Maintain accurate records of student progress, certifications, and compliance documentation.

·Manage vendor and partner relationships.

·Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and student satisfaction.

·Monitor key metrics and prepare operational reports for senior management.

·Ensure adherence to all compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

·Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role within an online education company or e-learning platform.

·Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

·Experience working with CRM systems, student portals, and automation tools.

·Problem-solver with a "get things done" mindset and attention to detail.

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Nice to Have:

·Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Airtable, or ClickUp.
