We are Forge Skin, a performance-driven DTC skincare brand.

We're looking for a Talent & People Manager to take ownership of our team's growth and structure. This role goes beyond recruitment; you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, organizing documentation, and supporting smooth team operations in a global, high-growth environment.

Your Mission
  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and manage onboarding processes that integrate new hires quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge systems.
  • Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration across a remote, international team.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and performance processes, helping to build a strong team culture.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations.
  • Experience in direct response eCommerce or fast-paced online businesses is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage remote, international teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills (Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Experience building and managing onboarding systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • A proactive, structured approach — you bring clarity and organization to fast-moving environments.
