Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Domestic IT Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The Domestic IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT positions. Daily tasks include managing job postings, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates
  • Strong skills in Job Posting and Candidate Shortlisting
  • Experience in Negotiating Job Offers and Collaborating with Hiring Managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
