About the role:

Daftarkhwan is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Associate to join our tribe. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the Daftarkhwan experience by supporting our Marketing team in executing impactful campaigns. You'll be responsible for driving our advertising and promotional efforts, managing social media campaigns, and preparing compelling marketing materials. If you have a proactive mindset, a flair for creativity, and a passion for storytelling, this role is the perfect opportunity to contribute to Daftarkhwan's vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on daily tasks and long-term projects.
• Creating original, on-brand content for social media, including posts, reels, stories, and more.
• Engaging with our vibrant community to source and create compelling content.
• Developing social media strategies for internal and external campaigns.
• Researching local and international trends to strengthen our digital presence.
• Identifying and building relationships with influencers and thought leaders.
• Managing interactions with our audience across Daftarkhwan's social platforms.
• Preparing performance reports and insights on social media campaigns.

About you:

If the following describes you, we'd love to hear from you

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Grasp of basic marketing principles and a keen desire to grow in the field.
• Proficient in design and editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or CapCut.
• Familiar with CRM and social media management tools such as Later, HubSpot, or Buffer.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• A good understanding of social media trends and digital engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) for collaboration and productivity.
• Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Community-focused and passionate about creating meaningful, engaging experiences.
• Creative, curious, and always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.
