Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue. Daily tasks include market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and attending industry events to network.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Experience in market research and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and market conditions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is preferred
