We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Design and Implement Network segmentation technology for On-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) environment.
  2. Design and provision network security policies with required zero trust principles.
  3. Coordinate activities with other system areas and vendors, and deal with network security systems planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing.
  4. Troubleshoot complex network environments and provide detailed analysis and remediations.
  5. Document High-level and Low-level network designs and procedures.
  6. Run product evaluation and proof of concepts on emerging network technologies.
  7. Work with product owners to manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well defined, prioritized and aligned to team's objectives.
  8. Facilitate scrum ceremonies, lead daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, ensuring meetings are efficient, productive, and focused on project goals.
  9. Maintain accurate and up to date documentation related to project planning, execution, and delivery.
  10. Assist Cyber network engineering team in removing impediments, enhancing workflows, and improving their practices to deliver high quality network solutions.
  11. Mentor team on agile principles and practices, promote continuous improvement and self-organization within the team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  12. Communicate updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  13. Build and maintain KPIs for the team and the engineering products.
  14. Drive incident resolution - technology or process, across technology teams, stakeholders and management where required.
  15. Liaise with vendors on product issues including design, features, and defects.
  16. Implement network solutions aligned to organizational standards and meet regulatory requirements.
  17. Provide knowledge transfer with teammates through formal team training sessions, brown bags, and mentoring of other team members.
  18. Apply technical expertise in implementing efficiencies and creating strategies to better detect and respond to cyber incidents by prioritizing mitigation actions.
