Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Jhang with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering appropriate STATE LIFE insurance solutions. Daily tasks will include prospecting, customer service, and sales presentations. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge, as well as managing and monitoring sales activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Experience in Training and developing sales techniques
• Strong Sales Management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
• Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
