Head of Media Buying / Acquisition Manager

*Position Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Media Buying / Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This role requires ownership of the paid media strategy, team hiring, budget pacing, and cross-channel campaign testing, ensuring scalable and profitable growth for our clients.

*Responsibilities:*

* Develop and execute full-funnel paid acquisition strategies across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others).

* Lead the hiring, training, and management of media buying and creative teams.Manage daily and monthly ad budgets to ensure efficient spending and profitable scaling.

* Plan, launch, and analyze cross-channel A/B tests to optimize campaigns and identify winning offers and creatives.

* Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure ad messaging, visuals, and landing pages are aligned with the audience and goals.

* Identify and test new traffic sources and acquisition channels.

* Track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.) and report regularly to leadership.

* Build and improve internal processes and systems to drive team efficiency and performance.

* Ensure campaign stability and avoid performance drops by maintaining high operational standards.

*Requirements:*

* 5+ years of media buying experience across major paid platforms.

* 2+ years of leadership experience managing media buying or digital marketing teams.

* Strong understanding of ad funnels, customer journeys, attribution models, and optimization strategies.

* Proven track record managing large ad budgets ($100K+/month) and scaling campaigns profitably.

* Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok Ads.

* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

* Willing to work onsite from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift).

*Preferred Skills:*

* Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.

* Familiarity with affiliate marketing models and structures.

* Knowledge of international media buying is a plus.
