Position Purpose:
We are looking to hire an experienced Bidding Expert (for medical billing projects) who possesses the skills required to bring on new clientele. The ideal candidate must have confidence and discipline to cold-call potential customers, as well as possess consultative selling skills to engage potential customers according to their needs and how our services can provide a solution for them. He/She will be responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year proven work experience specifically with medical billing projects in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Indeed, etc.
- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them.
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate estimates.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities, understand client's requirements and acquisition.
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, client communication follow up with existing or new prospects.
- Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn and other marketing tools would be an added value.
- Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
- Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
- Communicate with clients through voice/video calls.
- Manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads.
- Document information according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
- Excellent research, prospecting, and sales planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Multi-tasking and the capability to work with teams are essential.
- Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion.
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
- Command on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer).
- Proposal writing skills.
