Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Karachi Division. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading a team of sales representatives, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing regional sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, setting sales targets, and identifying business opportunities to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
