We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead and oversee our retail sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, monitoring performance, analyzing sales data, and executing strategies to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the retail sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all retail locations
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and performance dashboards for management
  • Develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Ensure smooth store operations including staff performance, customer service, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance development to sales staff
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and senior management for sales alignment
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt business strategies accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in retail operations or sales management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in sales performance tracking and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, POS systems)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
