Job Overview:

As a CureMD Senior Graphic Designer in our Marketing Department, you will collaborate with Design, Business Development, and Engineering teams to create assets, bring them to life, and deliver cutting-edge graphic content that integrates seamlessly with CureMD's solutions. Your responsibilities include exploring concepts, developing, and executing world-class designs. You will view the product from the audience's perspective and use your aesthetic judgment to transform CureMD's award-winning Practice Management, Electronic Health Records, and Revenue Cycle Management solutions into meaningful visualizations.

Our Graphic Designers combine iconography, typography, color, space, and animation to enhance our brand presentation and storytelling. You'll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals—from sketch to concept and execution—across all platforms. You are action-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and serve as a key link between external users and CureMD.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design digital content such as social media campaigns, websites, print materials, sales decks, proposals, and PDFs.
  • Effectively communicate intent, plans, and statuses graphically, especially using AI tools.
  • Tell and capture compelling stories through sketches, storyboards, flyers, and flex, utilizing Chroma color themes, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop to simplify complex information.
  • Collaborate with teams to foster motivation and teamwork in technological projects and develop visual styles for narrative assets, including graphic motions.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably a Master's Degree in Art, Media and Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Art, Media and Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of professional commercial design experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, and CorelDRAW.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop Suite and After Effects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, print, and web design.
