We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you will:

  1. Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
  2. Manage conversational analytics projects involving VOIP technologies, SIP/RTP protocols.
  3. Deploy end-to-end solutions involving AI/ML, generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML models.
  4. Drive program governance, including planning, execution, tracking, and risk management for large-scale Java/Python/C/C++ projects.
  5. Promote continuous innovation, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  6. Oversee the design and architecture of enterprise-level microservices-based solutions using Spring, Spring Boot, and Cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  7. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration within agile frameworks.
  8. Ensure on-time delivery of user stories within sprints, maintaining high code quality, security, and low defect rates.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to define roadmaps, resource planning, and strategies.
  10. Champion DevOps/MLOPS practices, CI/CD, and automation to enhance the SDLC.
  11. Optimize application cost, scalability, and performance, ensuring robust cloud-native architectures.
  12. Establish and enforce security, compliance, and coding standards for enterprise applications.
  13. Work across the full stack to build scalable distributed solutions that enhance user experience and business growth.
  14. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, security, and maintainability.
  15. Design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions using Angular, React, Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, Python, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and CI/CD.
  16. Collaborate with designers and engineers to create reliable APIs.
  17. Review code quality, facilitate development, testing, support, and deployment of integration applications.
  18. Identify opportunities for system improvements, recommend solutions, and implement enhancements.
  19. Maintain and improve existing codebases, conduct peer reviews, and liaise with colleagues on technical designs.
  20. Investigate new technologies as relevant and be flexible to work in shifts, providing on-call support.
  21. Leverage analytical skills to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and drive improvements.
  22. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a flexible approach.
  23. Maintain a positive work environment and adhere to agile development practices.
